Weight Loss training
"Weight Loss Training" is a "Readers Digest" narrative of the research related to weight loss (primarily through exercise). The research is surprising in that weight loss is not just about will power or burning calories but of finding a way through our body's energy defense mechanisms. It can be purchased (as a Mac application) from the Amateur Athlete Store.
